About Arrive Golf
We handle the trip. You just play.
Arrive Golf plans golf trips two ways: fully hosted weeks for private groups of sixteen to twenty, and curated stay-and-play escapes built around your own dates. Either way, the courses, the rooms, the transfers, the dinners, the tee times, and the payments are ours to handle. You bring the clubs. We make sure none of it feels like your job.
Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Tom.

I started Arrive Golf for a simple reason: the person who organizes a group golf trip is usually the one who enjoys it the least.
They front the deposits, build the spreadsheets, reserve the tee times, coordinate the transportation, chase everyone for payments, and spend the trip answering questions instead of enjoying the golf.
I wanted to change that. I wanted to create the kind of hosted golf trip I'd actually want to be invited on: a clear price per golfer, no financial burden on the organizer, and no complicated logistics to manage. Everyone books and pays individually, and our team takes care of the details from the initial planning through the final round.
Arrive Golf provides something else that makes a real difference: a dedicated concierge on the ground in Cap Cana, on the Punta Cana coast. Whether it's coordinating airport arrivals, private transportation, dinner reservations, tee times, or last-minute requests, there's a real person available by name throughout the trip. If your group is playing a Ryder Cup-style competition, our concierge can even manage the pairings, scoring, standings, and daily results, so everyone, including the organizer, can focus on the golf.
Golf has long been an important part of my life. I'm fortunate to be a member of two exceptional clubs: TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut, and Punta Espada Golf Club in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic.
TPC River Highlands is a renowned PGA Tour venue and the longtime home of the Travelers Championship. Designed by Pete Dye and later redesigned by Bobby Weed, the course rewards thoughtful shot-making, with a memorable closing stretch where water, risk, and strategy can quickly change the outcome of a match.
Punta Espada is an entirely different, but equally unforgettable, golf experience. This Jack Nicklaus Signature design is consistently recognized among the finest courses in the Caribbean and Mexico. Eight holes play along or over the Caribbean Sea, with dramatic coastal views throughout the round. It combines championship golf with the natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere that make Cap Cana such a remarkable destination.
Being a member at both clubs has given me an appreciation for what makes a golf experience truly special. It isn't simply the quality of the course. It's the service, the setting, the people, and the confidence that every detail has been anticipated. That standard is what we're working to bring to every Arrive Golf trip.
We're a new company, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. We don't yet have a wall of testimonials, and we will never manufacture them. What I can promise is the part we control: extraordinary places to play, straightforward pricing, attentive service, and someone you can reach by name from your first question to your final putt.
Not everyone wants to organize a group, either. Some golfers simply want a first-class resort, outstanding courses, and someone else handling the logistics, on the dates that work best for them. That's Curated Stay & Play: the same one-price transparency and concierge care, built around you rather than a group roster.
At Arrive Golf, our goal is simple: to take the work out of golf travel so that every guest, including the person who brought everyone together, can finally enjoy the trip.

Why you can trust us
What's real on day one
A new company can't hand you a decade of reviews. So here's what we'd rather you judge us on instead.
World-class courses
You're playing Jack Nicklaus's Punta Espada, Tom Fazio's Corales (a PGA Tour host) and P.B. Dye's La Cana. The golf doesn't need our help to impress you.
A real person, not a call center
On a Signature Hosted Experience, a dedicated concierge is on the ground with your group in person, from arrival through departure. Choose Curated Stay & Play instead, and your concierge arranges your resort, golf, transfers, and itinerary in advance, then stays available throughout your trip. Either way, you'll know them by name before you land.
Flexibility, built in
Plans change. Hand your spot to another golfer up to 30 days before departure, or cancel more than 120 days out and get back everything above your deposit. If we ever have to cancel, you're made whole.
See exactly how the planning works, or how our cancellation policy protects you.
Why hosted trips work this way
The person who organizes the trip should enjoy it as much as everyone else. No fronting money. No chasing friends for their half. No spreadsheet. Just a few days of golf you actually remember, because you were not the one running them.
The difference
Why Arrive Golf, not booking it yourself
Here's what that looks like on a Signature Hosted Experience. Choosing your own dates instead? Curated Stay & Play gives you the same one-price honesty, built around you.
Everything in one price
One number per golfer covers the rounds, the rooms, the transfers, and the dining. Nothing waits for you at the resort desk.
Private groups of sixteen to twenty
Your own group and your own trip, never a generic folded-in package tour.
A concierge on the ground
Not just a chat thread. Someone is on the ground, handling the details in person while you play. We will run all scoring for your trip. Formats can include: Ryder Cup-style teams, Skins, Closest to the pin, or casual foursome play.
Everyone pays their own way
Each golfer reserves and pays directly. The organizer never fronts money or chases anyone for their half.
