Not a chat thread. One concierge is in Punta Cana for the whole trip. They confirm the tee times, smooth the check-ins, hold the dinner tables, and fix the small things before your group notices them. They also run your scoring: Ryder Cup-style teams, Skins, Closest to the pin, or casual foursome play.

Show up, play the golf, enjoy the evenings. The hard part is already done.
