How does planning a trip with Arrive Golf work?
You answer four quick questions about your group, your season, and how you like to travel, and we build a real plan around it. It is built from 2 hosted weeks we are actually running, never a placeholder. Nothing is invented and nothing is booked until you say so. When it looks right, you send it to us, and a real person, usually Tom, takes it from there.
There is no account to create and no email required just to see a plan. You get a real week, built from a real trip, before you commit to anything. Only when you are ready to move forward do we ask for a way to reach you.
What does a hosted week actually look like?
A hosted week is built day by day, never from a template. The week we are showing today runs five nights and four rounds, opening with Arrive and closing with Depart. Golf, meals, and transportation are planned before you land, and a concierge runs the week with your group in person, from arrival to the last round.
Every hosted week we run follows the same shape, across every week we publish: scheduled golf, group dining, and someone from Arrive Golf on the ground the entire time, not reachable only by phone.
How does per golfer pricing work?
Every hosted week is priced per golfer, one number that covers golf, your room, meals, and the concierge on the ground. There is no line by line bill and nothing added once you have committed. On the week we are showing today, that comes to $5,995 per golfer.
The number you see is the number you pay. It does not change because of who else is in your group, and it is never a floor that grows once you are already in.
How does payment splitting work?
Nobody fronts the group's money. Every golfer gets their own private payment link and pays their own way: a deposit to hold the spot, then the balance before the trip. If a payment runs late, you get a gentle reminder, never a penalty and never a lost spot.
As the organizer, you never carry anyone else's balance. Everyone registers with your group's code, sees the same real plan, and pays on their own timeline.
On the week we are showing today, that is a $1,500 deposit, with the balance due by November 6, 2026.
Who is this for?
Signature Hosted Experiences are for private groups of sixteen to twenty who want someone else to run the week. You bring the group. We run the week. If you would rather travel on your own dates, as a couple or a smaller group, that is a different trip: Curated Stay & Play. You choose the dates. We build the escape.
