A Nicklaus Design layout that hosted PGA TOUR Latinoamérica from 2014 to 2019.
Nicklaus Design laid Buenaventura on salt-tolerant Paspalum, wound it through lagoons and century-old Corotú trees, and gave it enough teeth to host PGA TOUR Latinoamérica's Buenaventura Classic for six seasons. Pink muhly grass and white sand frame the fairways, the Pacific sits just behind the treeline, and the Arco Seco's dry-season air keeps it firm and playable when the rest of the tropics are dripping.
