The course in frames

A rocky tidal cove edged by sea grape trees, with a Punta Espada green and palms on the point beyond
Nicklaus left the coral shelf raw: sea grapes, a tidal cove, and the green waiting on the far side.
A Punta Espada green beside crashing surf on dark coral rock at golden hour, with fairway and palms behind
Golden hour on the coral coast: the green sits just past the spray line, and the whole shoreline plays as a lateral hazard.
Aerial view of a Punta Espada fairway between white limestone waste areas, running toward the sea cliffs of Cap Cana
From above the routing is simple: limestone, sand, and one green ribbon running at the sea cliffs of Cap Cana.

A La Cana green with its yellow flag beside the beach, a broad white bunker in front and turquoise Caribbean shallows running the length of the hole.

Course 02

La Cana

Twenty-seven P.B. Dye holes, fourteen of them in view of the Caribbean.

P.B. Dye’s rolling layout, with fourteen holes in view of the Caribbean Sea, and the round your higher handicaps will love.

The clubhouse and pool sit right on the sand. Your walk from beach chair to first tee is measured in minutes.
