The tour stop

El Camaleón Golf Course

Designed by Greg Norman.

The course that brought the PGA TOUR to Mexico — sixteen seasons of it, with a cenote beside the opening fairway.

El Camaleón is the most credentialed tee time in this catalog. Greg Norman's routing through Mayakoba hosted the PGA TOUR every year from 2007 to 2022 — the first TOUR event ever played in Mexico — then LIV Golf in 2023 and 2024, and the LPGA's Riviera Maya Open from 2025. The course changes skins the way its name promises: out of dense jungle, through mangrove and limestone canals, to two par 3s set directly on the Caribbean at the seventh and fifteenth. A natural cenote gapes beside the first fairway. You play the same Paspalum the pros putted.
